Play 12_Moti Chamdi Wala जर्मन नाटक डिकहॉयटर के बारे में हिंदी में मोटी चमड़ी वाला एक हास्यास्पद और प्रफुल्लित करने वाला ४५ मिनट का एक बेहद लाजवाब नाटक है जिसमें स्कूलों और कॉलेजों में खिल्ली उड़ाने और दादागिरी करने जैसे अति संवेदनशील विषय पर एक रेखांकित संदेश दिया गया है। दुनिया का लगभग हर बच्चा इसका शिकार होता है। बच्चे जाने-अनजाने में दूसरे बच्चों की खिल्ली या मज़ाक बहुत सी वजहों से उड़ा देते हैं जैसे त्वचा का रंग, शरीर का आकार, जाति, बुद्धि, मंदता, ऊंचाई, लैंगिक-रुझान, किसी का अंतर्मुखी या बहिर्मुखी व्यवहार, जब कोई अच्छे अंक प्राप्त नहीं कर पाता, या जब कोई हमेशा अच्छे अंक प्राप्त करता है, वगैरह वगैरह । किसी न किसी रूप में बच्चे खिल्ली का शिकार हो ही जाते हैं । खिल्ली उड़ाना सभी रूपों में होता है चाहे वह गाली-गलौज हो, छींटाकशी, छेड़छाड़ करना, अटपटे नाम रखकर चिढ़ाना, साथ न खिलाना, बहिष्कृत करना, बात न करना, ताने देना और तो और शारीरिक हमला और यौन शोषण भी । बहुत से बच्चे इस तरह के व्यवहार से बचने के लिए अपनी ही बनाई एक अदृश्य आतंरिक गुफा में चले जाते हैं, किसी से कुछ भी नहीं कह पाते और सिर्फ कुछ ही अपने सबसे अच्छे दोस्तों, भाई-बहनों, माता-पिता या शिक्षकों से बात करते हैं उनसे सलाह लेते हैं। लेकिन उनमें से कुछ ऐसे भी होते हैं जो कई सालों तक बचपन के इस सदमे के बारे में बिना किसी को बताये चुपचाप इसे झेलते रहते हैं और कुछ इसके शिकार भी हो जाते हैं और अंत में आत्महत्या तक कर लेते हैं। रघु के साथ क्या होता है जब वह अपने नए स्कूल, अपनी नयी क्लास में जाता है? बाकि बच्चे उसे किस नज़र से देखते हैं? रघु उन्हें आखिर अटपटा और गैंडा क्यों लगता है? क्या उसकी क्लास के बच्चे खुद किसी असुरक्षा से गुज़र रहे हैं? क्या वे जानबूझकर उसके साथ अलग व्यवहार कर रहे हैं या वे ख़ुद किसी डर में हैं? और हैं भी तो आख़िर क्यों? Saadat Hassan Manto (May 11, 1912 – January 18, 1955) was a short story writer of the Urdu language. He is best known for his short stories, 'Bu' (Odour), 'Khol Do' (Open It), 'Thanda Gosht' (Cold Meat), and his magnum opus, 'Toba Tek Singh'. Manto was also a film and radio scriptwriter, and journalist. In his short life, he published twenty-two collections of short stories, one novel, five collections of radio plays, three collections of essays, two collections of personal sketches. Manto was tried for obscenity half-a-dozen times, thrice before 1947 and thrice after 1947 in Pakistan, but never convicted. Some of his works have been translated in other languages.
